เห็นเขาเขียนหนังสือสอนการใช้งาน เกี่ยวกับระบบ embedded system แบบให้ download ฟรี

ก็เลยอยากเขียนมั่ง แบบว่าเราเองก็เคยเล่น MCS-51 มานานหลายปี เพิ่งเปลี่ยนมาเล่นตระกูลอื่น และกระโดดไป linux embedded รู้สึกว่า msc51 มันก็ดีนะ แต่มันเหมาะกันงาน i/o และงานที่ respond time ต่ำๆ

สู่ยอดไปเลย ผมว่ามันน่าจะมีตั้งนานแล้ว

IBM ThunkPad R51e on Ubuntu 9.0.4 + Compiz

หลังจากเข้าไปขอ cd จาก ubuntu ประมาณเดือนแล้ว ยังไม่ได้เลย พอดีติดตั้ง High Speed Internet
4MB ลอง download ดู ชั่วโมงเดียวก็เสร็จแล้ว ( Ubuntu-Desktop-9.0.4-i386.iso )

ขั้นแรกก็ลองเล่นบนแผ่นก่อน เพื่อทดลอง driver ต่างๆ ที่มีปัญหากับ notebook ผมก็คือ Wireless Lan และตัวแสดงสถานะ battery ผมปรากฎว่าทำงานได้มีไม่มีปัญหา Graphics Card ก็ไม่มีปัญหา โทนสีส้มสวยดี จากนั้นก็ Double click ติดตั้งไปเลย ใช้เวลาปัญหา 30 นาที ก็เสร็จเรียบร้อย

ขั้นต่อไปก็ ต้องลองเจ้า CompizFusion ที่ช่วยจัดการจอภาพให้ สามารถทำงานได้หลายหน้าเจอ และสลับการใช้งานได้สะดวก + สนุก

Introduction

Compiz is a 3D desktop for your computer. Compiz Fusion is the new name for the plugins and tools from Beryl. This guide shows how to get it running on Ubuntu and Kubuntu 7.10 (Gutsy). For Kubuntu 8.04 you should use the installer KMenu -> System -> Desktop Effects. The following link shows a few demonstrations of Compiz Fusion:

Install Compiz & Compiz Fusion plugins

From Ubuntu:

sudo apt-get install compiz compizconfig-settings-manager

If you are running Kubuntu then use this command to install the most commonly needed packages.

sudo apt-get install  compiz compizconfig-settings-manager  compiz-kde compiz-fusion-plugins-main compiz-fusion-plugins-extra  emerald librsvg2-common

If you are missing the window decorations, then you most likely need the compiz-kde, or emerald packages.

Run Compiz

To run Compiz for the current session, hold Alt, then press F2, then enter the following command, or for better trouble shooting, open up a Terminal window and use the following command.

compiz --replace

Configure

To configure Compiz and associated plugins, hold Alt, then press F2, then enter the command, or use any Terminal.

ccsm

If ccsm is not found its installable from the compizconfig-settings-manager package.

Alternatively, for Ubuntu: System -> Preferences -> CompizConfig Settings Manager

And for Kubuntu: KMenu -> Settings -> CompizConfig Settings Manager or KMenu -> Settings -> Advanced Desktop Effects Settings

You can select different themes with the emerald-theme-manager tool. To download the themes for emerald You must first install subversion, then activate the theme repositories.

สวัสดีครับ ผมเป็นคนหนึ่งที่ใช้ Linux มานานแล้ว เริ่มใช้ตั้งแต่สมัย ไกรววรณ ส่วนมากจะนำมาทำเป็น Internet Service
ช่วงหลังๆ เริ่มหันมาจับงานด้าน Linux embedded ค่ายที่ผมใช้มาตลอดก็เป็น Redhat RHEL และ CentOS กำลังเปลี่ยน
ไปใช้ Debian ก็คงเริ่มจาก Ubuntu ของ LinuxTLE 9.0 ครับ

มาอีกแล้วปัญหาเดิมๆ เจ้า VB6 แต่ใช้ที่สุดก็ผ่านครับ

1. ก่อนอื่นผมทำการ off User Account Control เอากากถูกออกครับ

2. แล้วก็ทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง เป็นของ แนะนำของ Microsoft

Required Operating System Components

For more information about how to silently install these components, see the "References" section of this article. If you do not first install these components, you might receive installation error messages, or Visual Studio 6.0 components might not operate correctly after installation. In the following instructions, X represents the drive letter of Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 Disk 1.

Configure Visual Studio for Unattended Install
Because a silent installation occurs without any user involvement, you must make the setup option selections before you install the program. To do this, modify the .stf file. Use the ACOST tool that is located in the Setup folder on CD-ROM 1 to modify the .stf file. 1. Copy the Visual Studio 6.0 Disk 1 to a server hard disk (assume C:\VS6CD1).
2. Remove the read-only attribute from C:\VS6CD1\Setup\Vs98ent.stf.
3. Run C:\VS6CD1\Setup\ACost.exe.
4. On the File menu, click Open STF, and then click C:\VS6CD1\Setup\Vs98ent.stf.
5. Click to select the check boxes for the Visual Studio 6.0 components that you want to install. Click to clear the check boxes for the components that you do not want to install. If you clear the check box for a root, you prevent the installation of every component that is nested under it (that is, you do not have to clear the check box for each component in the nested list individually).
6. On the File menu, click Save As, and then click C:\VS6CD1\Setup\Vs98ent.stf.

Note If you try to use the Save As command on a file that is read-only, the ACOST tool fails silently. You do not receive an error message.

Use the following modified network CD-ROM image of the Visual Studio 6.0 disks as the installation source: 1. Share out the folder that contains the disk images.
2. On the client computer, connect to that share, and then run the following command:
path of the share\VS6CD1\SMSINST.EXE /k your CD Key

Unattended Install on the Destination Computer
The following procedure installs Visual Studio 6.0 by using the default product options.
1. Smsinst.exe takes the CD Key as an argument. (See your Visual Studio 6.0 CD-ROM packaging for your CD Key.) For example, if your CD Key is 460-1234567, run the following command line to start Smsinst.exe:
Smsinst.exe /k 4601234567
Note Smsinst.exe might report an access error. This error might be a timing issue. If you experience this error, try the same command again to start Smsinst.exe.
2. You must restart the destination computer after the Visual Studio client install has completed and before you install any other client programs, MSDN, or server components that are included with Visual Studio. Run-once operations that are in Pending status do not sequence. Therefore, you cannot delay and then restart one time when you have completed all component installations.

Note On a computer running Microsoft Windows 98, you might receive an error message that Acmsetup.exe is already in use. If you receive this error message, run the unattended install again. The install should be completed successfully the second time.

Windows Vista SP1

ใช้ windows xp มานามมาก ไม่เคยเล่น vista เลย ไม่รู้ชาวบ้ายเขาไปถึงไหนกันแล้ว
โอกาสเหมาะ ได้เครื่องใหม่ (ของบริษัท) เลยได้ลองเล่นแบบจริงจังสักที

โดยรวม ok พอจะลงทะเบียน windows ให้ครบขั้นตอนเสียหน่อย ดังไม่ work
บอกว่า ie ไม่ support ของใช้ ie7 แต่ผมอยากใช้ firefox นะ

back to office

หลังจากได้ work at home อยู่ประมาณปีกว่า เศษฐกิจ ไม่ดี ต้องเร่งด้านการขาย product
และเพิ่มให้เกิดการพัฒนา product ใหม่ๆ จึงต้องกลับมาเข้าทำงานที่ office

ปัญหาเดิมๆ มันกลับมาอีกแล้ว รถติด น้ำมันแพง แต่ครั้งนี้มันมีปัญหา รับส่งลูกเพิ่มขึ้นมาอีก
อยากรู้จริงๆ มันจะแก้อย่างไง
